　　Tom Riley and Jackson Scott escape their Alien Abductors and learn that they are engaged in a war with another alien species and the battleground is earth. Unless Tom and Jackson can unite them, the galaxy is doomed. Along the way, with the help of Tom's upgraded Drop-U-Off van, they meet a host of characters that may or may not help them in their efforts.

　　A scientist creates a time machine and kills their younger self to see what would happen. And that self-obsessed, misanthrope, mad genius of a scientist is Tim Travers. And the universe was bad enough with only one of him.

　　刚搬到洛杉矶的吉玛，立志成为一名演员。为维持生计，她在一家宣称能够帮客户“美梦成真”的睡眠诊所负责夜班工作。然而，在诊所待得越久，吉玛就越发清楚地意识到，这里正发生着一些不为人知的险恶之事。

　　2125年，为了寻找新的能源（人口爆炸到一百来亿了），太阳系开发机构决定推进“木星太阳化计划”，定于2140年实现这一计划。驻扎在前线基地“米涅瓦”的计划主任本田英二（三浦友和）就在这时候与失去联系多年的恋人马利亚重逢了，但是他不知道的是，玛丽亚是旨在破坏这一计划的极端环保组织“木星教团”的破坏小组组长！
　　在宇宙语言学家威廉姆的帮助下，英二乘坐木星探查艇“JADE－III”探访了数万年前来访的宇宙人的飞船“木星之魂”。
　　另一方面，英二的朋友PILOT KING和天文学家井上乘坐的宇宙船遇难，调查的结果，是遭遇黑洞所致！太阳系面临被黑洞吞噬的危机！
　　解决危机的方法只有一个，通过引爆木星来改变黑洞的轨道（剧组在这个问题上花了很大的精力，甚至动用了计算机做考证和计算工作）。英二与基地内人员一起为挽救太阳系而努力的时候，玛利亚带人杀进了基地。。。。。
