在一栋闹鬼的公寓楼里，居民大多是人妖和异装癖者。Taew 开了一套新公寓，但很快有人在一个房间里自杀——或者可能是谋杀。这便是一系列疯狂又搞笑的闹鬼事件的开端，许多人都在躲避鬼魂的追捕。

　　Three X drag Queens put all their savings into buying an apartment block as an investment. But the business venture turns into a disaster when a dead body is found is in the building.
